She was predeceased by: her son Michael Anthony Winston; and her great grandchild Ryleigh Rose Winston. She is survived by: her husband John Ivory Winston Sr.; her children, Tonya Renee Winston of South Bend, Melvin Patrick Winston (Maria) of South Bend and John Ivory Winston II of South Bend; and her grandchildren, Duane Johnson, Rachel Robinson, Audreana Winston, Yeagene Winston, Aaron Winston, Jazmin Spence, John Ivory Winston III, Alyssa Winston, Michael Winston and Anthony Winston. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, a host of extended family members, and dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Saint Joseph Funeral Home (824 S Mayflower Dr, South Bend, IN 46619). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
