He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Joseph and Dorothy Shaw (O'Brien); his brothers, Jim Shaw and John Shaw; and his parents-in-law, Fredrick and Judy Matt.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Judith Matt; his children, Jacqueline Shaw of South Bend, Judith Shaw (Tom) of Niles, Peter D. Shaw (Sarah) of Noblesville, Andrew Shaw (Julia) of Washington, D. C. and Johnathan Shaw of South Bend, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Kerstin Madison, Sam Scope, Xavier Shaw, Josephine Phillips, Padriq Shaw, Liza Chasteen, Eleanor Shaw, Dustin Shaw, Tyler Chasteen, Theodore Amato and Liliana Amato; his brother Michael Shaw (Harriet); and his sisters-in-law, Jean Shaw and Anita Shaw.
