He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Milton and Vivian Milton (Crippin); and his brothers, Rick, John and Mike Milton.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip J. Milton and Brooke Dudeck (Aaron); his grandchildren, Phillip S. Milton, Collin Milton and Hailey Milton; his great grandchildren, Adilynn, Phillip J. and Paisley; and his siblings, Patricia Shumaker and Dave Milton.
