He is survived by: his wife Janet Stephens (Kuhl); his children, Shawn Kuhl (Kristen) and Olivia Stephens; his grandchildren, Beau, Charlotte and Noah; his brothers, Wes Stephens and Russ Stephens; and his pet Sandy.
