She is survived by: her daughter Holly Johnson; her grandchildren, Emma Johnson and Shane Johnson; her brother Walter Lloyd Blevins Sr. (Sherry Chappell); and her nieces and nephews, Denise, Joe, Walter Jr., Josh, Laura of Erin, TJ, Jennifer, Karrie, Samantha and Richard. She is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews; and one great-great niece and nephew.
