We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2024, at the age of 85, Phyllis Jean Church (South Bend, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Oscar Church, Jr.; her sons, Adam Louis Church and Ronnie Allen; her siblings, Joann, J. R. and Jack; her great grandchildren, Mia Church and Dominique Ackerson; and her daughter-in-law Nancy Church.
She is survived by : her children, David G. Church of South Bend, Michael Lee Church of Mishawaka and Tina Marie Hairopoulos; and her siblings, Nancy Hahn (Jesse) and Jerry Divens. She is also survived by 5 children, 22 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
