She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Chidister and Josephine Chidister. She is survived by: her daughter Kelly J. Forbes of South Bend; her stepsons, Brian Forbes of Surprise, AZ and William Forbes (Cathy) of Peoria, AZ; and her sister-in-law Yvonne Makowski (Robert) of Merritt Island, FL.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
