Phyllis Kruszewski Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phyllis Kruszewski of South Bend, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 24, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Myers and Adeline Myers (Hiler); her grandparents, William I, Ida Myers of Mishawaka and Charles Hiler of Walkerton, IN.; her husband Hank; her daughter-in-law Janet Radzikowski; and her sister Patricia Atwood (Myers).
She is survived by: her former husband Duane Radzikowski Sr.; her sons, David Radzikowski and Duane Radzikowski Jr. of Lexington, SC; her stepchildren, Donna Woods (David) and Henry Kruszewski Jr.; her grandchildren, Krystal, Grant, Jackie, Garrett, Heather, Shawn, Erik, Kimberly and Nicole; her brother Dr. Raymond Myers (Paulette); and her niece Professor Debbie Brooks (Don). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Palmer Funeral Home - Guisinger Chapel (3718 S Michigan St, South Bend, IN 46614). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
