He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fish and Margaret Fish (Van Scoik); his grandson Brody Fish; and his brothers, William Sterling Fish, Manning Fish and Jeffery Fish.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Fish; his son Allan Fish (Melanie); and his grandchildren, Brittney Swinehart, Deanna Fish, Dylan Fish (Haley), Ashley Lybarger (Dan), Alexandria Fish and Victoria Fish. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Randy's name to Pet Refuge or to Emmaus Lutheran Church.
