He was predeceased by: his father Donald Stephens; and his grandson Braeton. He is survived by: his children, Donny Stephens of South Bend, Kathy Stephens of South Bend and Teri Stephens of South Bend; his grandchildren, Trevor Stephens (Araceli), Michael Ross Stephens (Savannah) and Madison Stephens (Travis); his sister Dianne Molnar (Donald) of South Bend; and his extended family, John (Jackie) and Michael (Sherry).
