It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Renata T. Maciejewski of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on January 2, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Urbanski and Stella Urbanski (Tobolski); her husband Jack E. Maciejewski; her son-in-law Michael Hancz; and her siblings, Amata Lindell, Eugenia Harley, Emery and Dominic Urbanski.

She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Hancz of Mishawaka, Indiana, James Maciejewski (Sue) of Riverview and Richard Maciejewski (Mary) of South Bend, Indiana; her grandchildren, David Hall (Jennifer), Matthew Maciejewski (Karla), Lauren Maciejewski and Kyle Maciejewski; her great grandchildren, Trinity and Brody Maciejewski; her stepgreat-granddaughters, Briana Nannet and Megan Moore; and her great great grandchild James.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church or Comfort One Hospice in Renata's honor.
