He is survived by: his former spouse Rhea Leeper; his children, Michelle Jones (Mike) of Bremen, IN, Wendy Creighbaum of Bourbon, IN, Kerri Cole (Randy) of South Bend, IN and Carlee Annis of Cassopolis, MI.; his wife Debbie Smith; his children, April DeHaan (Rob) of Bartlet, IL, Stephanie Ward (Matt) of Bay City, MI and Matthew Smith (Stephanie) of Granger, IN.; his grandchildren, Max, Blake, Cole, Gage, Devin, Angie, Jessica, Chelsey, Morgan of Cassie, AJ, Stephen, Oliver, Gigi, Lilly, Sean, Zoey and Weston; and his siblings, JoAnn Sauer (Roger), Russ Annis (Judy) and Susie Hass (Lyle). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
