He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Siatkowski (Gasko); and his children, Eileen Phillips of Cincinnati, OH, Charlene McDonald (Brad) of Mishawaka, Suzanne Novotny of Pleasant View, TN and Chris Varga of Osceola.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Pius X Catholic Church or to Pet Refuge.
