He is survived by: his wife Antoinette "Toni" Mezzei (Makowski); his children, Michael R. Mezzei (Rachel) and Karen M. Beckner (Kevin); his grandchildren, Brayden Mezzei, Ella Beckner, Owen Beckner and Aubrey Beckner; and his siblings, Patricia Szabo (Al), Denise Rzepka (Larry) and Steve Mezzei.
