He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Allen Casper and Gloria Jean Moore (Troy); and his parents-in-law, Michael and Vickie Eitler. He is survived by: his children, Heather Casper, Rickey Allen Casper Jr., Amanda Casper, Melissa Radabaugh, Samantha Casper and Kathryn Casper; his sister Wanda Casper; and his nephews, Keigan and Kyle. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
