He is survived by: his parents, William Kurzhal and Illa Kurzhal (Worthington); his wife Jill Denise Cash; his son Bradley Robert Kurzhal (Nichole) of Bristol; his grandchildren, William and Layla Kurzhal; his sisters, Kathy Snyder (Steve) of North Liberty and Patricia Vellucci (Frank) of Plymouth; his mother-in-law Cheryl Cash of Goodyear, Arizona.; and his cousin Joeys.
