He is survived by: his wife Carrol Jeanne (Snyder); his children, Michael Lee Farley of Bremen and Brenda Lee Farley (Bonnie Lynne Burson) of Columbus, Ohio; his sister Joan; his brother-in-law Allen Olson of Albeuquerque, NM; his stepson Brian Robert Cook; his stepson-in-law Scott Christopher Shumaker of San Francisco, California; his stepdaughter Cindy Jeanne Novak; and his stepson-in-law Brad Anthony Novak of Geneva, Illinois..
