He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Spencer and Anne Spencer; and his brother Jerry Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Ginny Pechi; his daughters, Jennifer Arnett and Jill Van'thof; his grandchildren, Jackson Arnett, Grace Arnett, Brad Sloma, Courtney Sloma and Hailey Van'thof; his sisters, Margaret Miller (Don) and Barb Brock; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Spencer.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bob's memory to Food Bank of Northern Indiana, 702 Chapin St., South Bend, IN 46601.
