He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Urbanski and Stefanie Urbanski (Albrecht); his children, Stephen Urbanski and Patricia Urbanski; and his grandchildren, Jacob Robert and Lindsay Marie Axelberg.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Jo Grant (Robert), Michaelene Feyos (Charles), David Urbanski (Jena), Joseph Urbanski (Andrea Popielski) and Deborah Carillo; and his wife Betty Brown. He is also survived by his wife and family, his Florida family, and all of his friends.
