Werntz (Emily) of South Bend, IN; his brother Michael D. Werntz of Lakeville, IN; his niece Abby Hoffman (Phil) of Greenwood, IN; his nephew Michael D. Werntz (Gayle) of Osceola, IN; his great-niece Emma; and his great-nephews, Zachary, Seth and Garrett.
