He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Topps (Debbie) of South Bend; and his grandchildren, Dorian Topps (Bridgette) of South Bend, Melissa Levy (Edgar) of South Bend, Dionna Topps James (Josh) of South Bend, Jarvis Jacob Topps of South Bend, Carl Levy, Jr. (Qiana) of Dallas, TX and Marie Levy of Queens, NY. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
