She is survived by: her husband John Horth Jr.; her children, Therese Hedges (John), Michael Horth (Renee) and Donald Horth (Penny); her grandchildren, Zachary Horth, Hillary Navarrete (Mario), Marie Johnson (Kris), Nicole Butler and Jason Basker (Sarah); and her sister Marcia Dujardin. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
