She is survived by: her children, Clark (Agnes) of Delray Beach, FL, Jed (Paula) of South Bend, IN, Nancy of South Bend, IN, Eric (Carol) of Ames, IA and Matthew; and her brother John Treacy. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
