Saloma P. Steury Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Saloma P. Steury of South Bend, Indiana, born in Spartansburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 3, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Schwartz and Lydia Schwartz (Borntrager); her granddaughter Linda Jean Miller; and her siblings, Effie Mast, Mary Graber, Amos, Jerry and Sam Schwartz.
She is survived by: her husband Sam Steury; her daughters, Lydia Lambright (Jerry) of Middlebury, Dora Miller (Daniel) of Middlebury, Linda Cook (Michael) of Mishawaka and Debra Miller (Mervin) of Nappanee; and her sisters, Ada Yoder (Ed) of Middlebury, Wilma Yoder (Eli, Jr.) of Nappanee and Becky Miller of Elkhart. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 49 great grandchildren.
