She was predeceased by: her parents, Artennis Culp and Wilma Culp (Breysacher); her stepfather Stanley Rizor; her boyfriend Neil Gerschoffer; and her brother-in-law Jack Perri Jr..
She is survived by: her sister Carol Perri of South Bend; her sibling's children, Denise Clark (Bradley), Tamara Sergio and Jack Perri III (Jammie); her great-niece Abigail Goodwin; her great-nephews, Jordan Hix, Nicolas Perri and Cole Perri; Ellie Humphrey and Scarlette Moshier.
