She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Shively (Tim) and Lisa Brunner (Henry); her grandchildren, Gabrielle Brunner (Jesus), Kirsten Brunner, Kassy Brunner (Craig), Arielle Brunner, Cameron Shively and Cole Shively; her great grandchildren, Adrian, Isabel and Celeste; her grandchildren, Anthony, April, Mason, Connor and Elijah; her close friend Diane Melady (Bob); her brother Dave Jelinski; her brother-in-law Dan Zanka; and her pets, Tucker, Nuisance and Nugget.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Center for Hospice Care or to a nonprofit organization supporting dementia research and care.
