She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary E. Fogarty and James K. Fogarty; her husband Roger; her brother James Kenneth; and her children, John James and Mara Jeanne.

She is survived by: her children, Crystal Lynn, Daniel Joseph, April Ann and Rebecca Rae. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
