She was predeceased by: her parents, David Mann and Anna Mann (Manzuk); her daughter Ann Marie Thompson; and her brother David Mann. She is survived by: her husband Christopher Clarke; her children, Jacqueline Landuyt (Gary), Karin Barnes and Kevin Clarke (Kim); her grandchildren, Allison Becker (Randy), Hillary Capua (Jason), Grant Caton, Ross Caton, Katie Clarke, Christopher Clarke and Justin Barnes; and her great grandchildren, Greyson Fautz, Brody Collins, Keaton Capua and Hank Becker.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Shirley's name may be made to Pet Refuge.
