She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Clem and Mildred Clem; her sister June Holt; her son Tracy Adams; her grandchildren, Levi, Phillip, Stephanie, Tony and Gary, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Cameron, LeLe and Ashton; and her granddaughter LeeAnn.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth L. Gay; her sons, Scott Gay (Amber Hale) of Mishawaka and Garland Adams; and her cousins, Rick Holt (Laurel) and Lynn Reamer (Trent).
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Palmer Funeral Home - River Park (2528 E Mishawaka Ave, South Bend, IN 46615). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Palmer Funeral Homes – River Park Chapel (2528 E Mishawaka Ave, South Bend, IN 46615).
