She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Patesel and Olive Patesel; and her siblings, Virginia Scurlock, Mike Patesel, Edwin Patesel, Norman Patesel and Pete Patesel.

She is survived by: her sons, Jimmie Hensley (Tracy) and William Hensley. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
