She is survived by: her children, Michele Kuczmanski (John) of South Bend and Mark Mesaros of Richland, Mi; her grandchildren, Jacob Kuczmanski (Erica) of Palatine, IL and Rachel Kuczmanski (Gage Egierski) of Honolulu, HI; and her great grandchild Kyla Kuczmanski.
