It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley M. Rzeszewski (South Bend, Indiana), who passed away on June 7, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sven J. Jernstrom and Margaret Jernstrom (Myers); and her siblings, Anna Mae Smigielski and Thomas Jernstrom. She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Rzeszewski and Scott Rzeszewski of South Bend; her granddaughter Heather Rzeszewski Hooley; and her great grandchildren, James and Robert Hooley.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Pius X Catholic Church (52553 N Fir Rd, Granger, IN 46530). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
