He is survived by: his wife Diana Sue Freel; his brothers, Robert Freel, Richard Freel and Eric Freel; and his children, Stephen K (Teri Freel), Steven C. (Carmela Freel), Thomas, Rachel Cooper (Freel) and Nathan (Amy Freel).
