He was predeceased by: his father Glenn E. Hartman; and his brother Louis West. He is survived by: his mother Earline Fitzgerald (Freeman); his wife Angie Hartman; his children, Nathan Starzynski, Adam Starzynski and Samantha Hartman; his siblings, Robert West (Karen) and Katrina Schrimsher (Tom); and his grandchildren, Mason, Gavin and Clara Starzynski.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Saint Patrick's County Park (50651 Laurel Rd, South Bend, IN 46637).
