He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Manges and Betty Jones (Bailey); his stepfather Benjamin Jones; his daughter Elizabeth Adams; and his brother Thomas Manges.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Feliciano; his children, David Manges (Jessica), Tony Feliciano (Jen), Steve Feliciano (Juanita), Scott Feliciano (Chica), Lil Mansfield and Tanya Freet (Mel); and his siblings, David Manges (Rosie), Jack Manges (Polly), Diane Cummins (Craig), Paul Jones (Irene) and Nancy Bailey. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cedar Road Missionary Church.
