She is survived by: her husband Lewis Mitschelen of South Bend; her children, Connie Wood (Dennis) of Mishawaka, Dennis Mitschelen (Linda) of Mishawaka and Kevin Mitschelen (Rhonda) of Goshen; her grandchildren, Angie Gormely (Charlie), Valerie Wagers (Tyler), Holly Mitschelen, Andrew Mitschelen, Hannah Griggs (Zee), Jacob Mitschen and Jordan Mitschelen; her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Rose Wagers, Adam Dennis Wagers, Zadie May Griggs and Zylah Jean Griggs; her grandchildren, Kendra, Kaiden, Dawson, Hudsen, Brysen, Zackery and Faithlyn; her caregivers, Stella Waitjaka, Lucy Ngugi and Ron; Kathy O'Leary.
