She was predeceased by: her father Elmer L. McChesney; and her brothers, William McChesney and Robert McChesney. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas M. Cook; her daughter Tammy M. Laskowski (Greg) of Osceola; her grandchildren, William Hurlbut (Hailey), Samantha Christman (Cory) and Spencer Laskowski (Hannah); her great grandchildren, Rhylynn, Dawson and Elaina Hurlbut; and her sisters, Sherrie L. Klotz of Mishawaka and Debra J. Curl (Mike) of Osceola. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many special childhood friends.
