With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Terry Lee Cortier of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on May 27, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Terry Lee departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Terry Lee may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Terry Lee leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Cortier (Gray) and Jean Cortier; and his wife Linda G. Cortier. He is survived by: his son Christian Lee Cortier; his grandchildren, Cambria, Joshua and Gabrielle Cortier; and his niece Kellee Moore. He is also survived by two great grandchildren; his brother and sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the American Legion Post 357 (5414 W Sample St, South Bend, IN 46619).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to America's VetDogs or Pet Refuge.
