He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Harvey of Terre Haute, IN, Deborah Moser (Eric) of Carpentersville, IL, Denise Simmons of South Bend, IN and Dana Slis (Pete) of Palm Bay, FL; his grandchildren, Daniel Lubelski (Sandy) of Rossford, OH, David Lubelski (Debbie) of West Lafayette, IN, Douglas Lubelski (Jessica) of South Bend, IN, Christopher Lubelski (Brianna), Danielle Deeter (Curtis), Aaron Lubelski (Sarah), Adam Lubelski, Ryan Harvey (Colleen), Daryn Harvey (Bailey), Bailey Moser Smith (Cheyenne), Emily Moser (Alex Williams), Jacob Moser, Matthew Simmons (Kendra), Megan Simmons, Mia Simmons, Mitchell Simmons, Brodie Lubelski, Brooke Slis, Evan Lubelski, Addysen Lubelski and Taylor Mentag; his great grandchildren, Kha'le, Kardae, Jace, Rylynn, Anna, Gracelyn, Theodore and Amaya; and his sisters, Theresa Wallace of South Bend and Margie Sivak of South Bend.
