It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas G. Deranek of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on January 11, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Alex Deranek; his sister Geraldine Danilewicz; and his sons-in-law, Kevin Kobb and Michael Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann Heltzel; his children, Catherine Kobb, Timothy Deranek, David Deranek (Jacquelyn), Karen Roberts and Michael Deranek (Elaina) of South Bend; and his brother Ralph Deranek (Susan). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
