He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Fielder (Rushlow) of South Bend; his son Thomas Fielder Jr. (Denae) of Minnesota; his sister Shelley Martinez (Philip) of Kouts; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Maria, Peter, Joseph, Andrew, James and John. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
