He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Mossman and Margaret Mossman (Harringer); his wife Peggy Mossman (Luczkowski); his son Randall Mossman; his brother Jim Mossman (Linda); and his brothers-in-law, Jimmy Luczkowski (Sharon) and Danny Luczkowski. He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
