He was predeceased by: his father Patrick F. Green. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie R. Ulis; his children, Erin Davis of Mishawaka, Brian Green (Dawn) of South Bend and Kevin Green (Sharon) of Leawood; his granddaughter Ella Davis; and his children, Patrick, Brady, Vivian Green, Maria, Joseph, Theresa and Dominic Green.
