He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Sharon Herban and Greg Osborn. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Jerzak; his children, Ashley Herban (Josh Thompson) and Devin Herban (Lilliana Collette); and his siblings, Dana Sue Bacon (Tony), Sandy Lee Osborn and Randy Herban.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Zahoran Funeral Home (1826 Kemble Ave, South Bend, IN 46613). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
