She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Everett Hoffman and Mary Catherine McCarthy Hoffman; her husband Joe Thomas; her family, Maggie Thomas (Mel) of Los Angeles, Abe Thomas of South Bend, Elinor Thomas of New York City and Julia Thomas of South Bend; her siblings, Michael Hoffman (Janell) of Leesburg, VA, Hayley Hoffman (David) of Washington, DC and Andi Hoffman of Miami, FL; and her granddaughter Sylvia Louise Thomas. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, in-laws, and friends.
