It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Veleda Mae Moberg of South Bend, Indiana, born in North Liberty, Indiana, who passed away on October 3, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Garland Newland; and her husband Harold E. "Gene" Moberg. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Brenda Newland of Mishawaka, Joshua Coffman of Glendale, CA and Steve Newland of Walkerton; her great-nieces, Abigail Okros and Cecilia Smith; her great-nephew Jacob Pauwels; and her friend Burt Miller (Rose Gachanja).
