She is survived by: her son Kurtis J. Nelson of South Bend; her grandsons, Kevin M. Nelson of Mishawaka and Timothy C. Nelson of Elkhart; her great grandchild Ella Nelson; and her niece Cheryle Ann Schlarb of South Bend.
