He is survived by: his children, Michelle Wiggs (John) of South Bend and Jason Koski (Bianca) of South Bend; his wife Constance Koski; his grandchildren, Kaylee Peterson, Brayden Koski and Brielle Koski; his great grandchild Xayla Peterson; his sisters, Jonie Frame (Dave) and Ann McCollum; and his siblings' children, Tyler, Amanda, Lindsey and Aaron.
