He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis A. Kaetzer and Evelyn E. Kaetzer (Eller); and his son Brian William Kaetzer. He is survived by: his daughter Kim; his children-in-law, Brent Perkins of South Bend and Mary A. Kaetzer of South Bend; his grandchildren, Cara Manns (Kody), Chad Miller (Kellie), Cody Kaetzer, Caitlin Kaetzer, Anna Logan and Cole Logan; and his sister Janet Carson of Virginia. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of William L. Kaetzer may be donated to American Heart Association, 300 S. Riverside Plaza, Chicago, IL 60606.
