He is survived by: his children, Timothy Trethewey (Leigh Ann Bell), Thomas Trethewey (Diane) and Tamara Gibb (Jim); his sisters, Sylvia Steinke and Kathleen Shaefer; his grandchildren, Rachael Blackmer (Alan), Karissa Sotala, Ashley Johnson (Chris), Jon Gibb (Maren), Emily Gibb (Tristan Bazeley), Suzanne Gibb, Jenna Trethewey (Brandon), Andy Trethewey (Josie), Grace Trethewey (Noah) and Denae Jones; and his great grandchildren, James, Abigail, John Blackmer and Cora Bazeley.
